My previous orders are not visible in my Frank and Beans account?

If you’ve previously made purchase(s) as a guest, you have the option to associate those guest orders with your Frank and Beans account.

If you are unable to view your previous orders in your Frank and Beans account, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Log into your Frank and Beans account by clicking on SIGN IN. This is located at the top of the page on our desktop site and in the mobile menu on your smartphone or tablet device.
  2. Once logged in, a message box will appear asking if you would like to assign your previous guest orders. It’s important to note that for your previous orders to display, they must have been made using the same email address with which you are currently logged in. If a different email address was used, our system will not be able to locate those orders.
  3. Click on the button labelled ASSIGN GUEST ORDER(S) TO MY ACCOUNT.
  4. Check your email inbox for an email from us with the subject line: [Confirmation Email] Assign guest order(s) to customer account.
  5. Click on the link within the email to confirm the action. This step is crucial for the orders to be successfully linked to your account.

If, after signing into your account, you do not see a notification regarding guest orders, it may indicate that our system has not found any orders linked to the email address associated with your logged-in account. Alternatively, it could mean that you have no previous guest orders.

We strive to ensure a seamless experience by automatically identifying any guest orders that can be linked to your account’s email.
