I forgot to enter my coupon code after submitting my order

Once you submit your order the payment amount cannot be adjusted or altered. We can however issue you an eGift Card to use anytime in the future with no expiry date just so you don’t have to worry about using it within any given timeframe.

If you would like to claim this you will need to send us the following information within 24 hours of your order being placed:

2. Order date

3. Total amount paid

4. Shipping postcode
