How do I check my eGift Card Balance

To check the balance of your eGift Card you’ll need to perform the following steps.

There are currently two ways to check your eGift card balance.

1. Log into your Frank & Beans account here. Once your account is loaded, navigate to the MY GIFT CARD tab on the left side. This page will load any eGift cards that are linked to your Frank & Beans account. Here you’ll be able to see your eGift balance and remaining balance.

If you don’t have a Frank & Beans account

2. Please follow the steps below:

•  Add all the items you would like to buy, by pressing the “add to cart” button on the product page.

• Once you have selected all your products head over to your Shopping Cart. You can access your Shopping Cart by clicking on the little trolley icon in the top right corner of the website.
• Now select the Green “Checkout” button.

• Now you have been redirected to the Checkout page. Once you enter your shipping/billing address, select your shipping method you will press next to load the last page of the checkout. 
• At the bottom of payment methods, you’ll see the GOT A GIFT CARD box. 
• Please note: if you signed in to your Frank & Beans account, you wouldn’t need to enter your address information as it will be pre-populated.
• Enter the eGift voucher/code in the GOT A GIFT CARD box, then press “ACTIVATE“.

Your eGift voucher/code will now be active and will display the new calculated total.

Your shopping cart is ready to proceed to the final step, submitting your order.

Do not disclose your eGift card number to anybody, this code should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen or misplaced eGift cards cannot be refunded or reissued in such circumstances.
