How do I use my store credit?

How do I use my store credit on the Frank & Beans website?

*Please note: store credit is different to eGift cards. If you would like to know how to use your eGift card, please click here.

To use your credit voucher, all you need to do is the following:

• Log into your Frank & Beans account here.
• Add all the items you want to buy by pressing the “add to cart” button on the product page.

• Once you have selected all your products, head to your Shopping Cart. You can access your Shopping Cart by clicking on the little trolley icon in the top right corner of the website.
• Now select the green “Checkout” button.

• You now have been redirected to the Checkout page. Once you enter your address and select your shipping service, press NEXT at the bottom of the page. At the top of the payments section, you’ll now see the “Spend Your Store Credit” option.* Please note: if you signed in to your Frank & Beans account, you wouldn’t need to enter your address information as it will be pre-populated.

Your store credit will now show the new calculated total. Now your shopping cart is ready to proceed to the final step, submitting your order.
