I have a discount voucher, where do I enter the code?

You can enter your discount voucher by following these steps

• Add all the items you want to buy by pressing the “add to cart” button on the product page.

• Once you have selected all your products, head to your Shopping Cart. You can access your Shopping Cart by clicking on the little trolley icon in the top right corner of the website.
• Now select the green “Checkout” button.

• Now you have been redirected to the Checkout page.
• Once you enter your shipping/billing address you will see a box labelled GOT A COUPON CODE
• Please note: if you signed in to your Frank & Beans account, you wouldn’t need to enter your address information as it will be pre-populated.
• Enter the coupon code in the GOT A COUPON CODE box, then press “APPLY DISCOUNT“.

Once you apply your COUPON CODE your shopping cart will recalutate the total on the final checkout page.

If you were provided with a coupon code do not disclose it to anybody, this code should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen or misplaced coupon codes cannot be refunded or reissued in such circumstances.
