How to Return or Exchange Your Order [Australia]
To initiate an exchange or return, please start by completing our online Exchange Return Form, available here.
- Download and print your prepaid return label. Exchanges are 100% free both way.
- Affix the prepaid return label securely to the front of your return parcel.
- Include your completed Exchange Return Form [ERF], which was enclosed with your original order. This form must be filled out, signed, and dated.
Including your ERF ensures our warehouse team can quickly process your exchange or return without delay.
All returned products require an ERF to be included.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order [New Zealand]
To initiate an exchange or return, please start by completing our online Exchange Return Form, available here.
Once your return form is submitted:
- Wait up to 72 hours to receive your Exchange Return Form [ERF] by email.
- For New Zealand, return postage is paid by the customer.
- We will cover the cost of reshipping any exchanged items back to you.
- Insert your Return and Exchange Form [ERF] into your parcel. This was enclosed with your original order. This form must be filled out, signed, and dated.
- Please take your parcel to NZ Post to return it to the Frank and Beans warehouse.
Including your ERF ensures our warehouse team can quickly process your exchange or return without delay.
All returned products require an ERF to be included.
