How long will it take to process my return?

Parcels returned without an Exchange Return Form [ERF] will be delayed up to 9 business days for additional checks to take place.

Once you post your return parcel please allow up to 5-14 business days for delivery to occur, shipping transit times will vary from your location to our Sydney warehouse. Parcels can be delayed during peak times throughout the year.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an inspection report showing which items passed. After the inspection is complete and all items have passed, you can expect your exchange or refund to be processed within 3-5 business days.

Please note that the entire return process, from the time you ship your package to the final processing of your refund or exchange, may take up to 14 business days
