How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow 12 – 72 hours* for your return request form to arrive in your inbox Monday to Friday. 
*excluding weekends

Once received in your inbox you can print your RRF and then insert it into your return parcel.

Parcels returned without an RRF will be delayed up to 7 business days for additional checks to take place.

Once you post your return parcel please allow up to 5-14 business days for delivery to occur, shipping transit times will vary from your location to our Sydney warehouse. Parcels can be delayed during peak times throughout the year.

Frank & Beans will ship out your exchange or refund your order set out in the time frame on your return request form. If unsure please refer to the top right corner of the RRF for the estimated processing time of your order to be inspected per our return policy.
